We do not withdraw or cancel services, any financial transactions are permanent.

Customer Expectations

We only offer completely natural products. We might take some time to deliver your order because it takes time to make and prepare everything. But we guarantee that when you order from us, we will deliver in 5-7 business days.  We are humans. We make mistakes like everyone else. But we will take full responsibility for all of it. We may change some things here and there in the near future, and that might confuse some people. But rest assured, if you need any help, you can always contact us.

As a company, we take full responsibility for any misinformation, downtime, or errors on our website. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party sites. Customer Rules

As a customer, you should provide your real shipping addresses. We do not tolerate prank orders. A typo is fine, we can easily sort it out, but purposefully putting the wrong address is unacceptable. Please keep a record of all your purchases and keep your account details secure just in case. If you have any questions, please ask us directly.
